But, there's a reason the unskilled motor guys (Galin Smith, Juwan Gary, Pringle, Mo) don't stay. It's because they don't fit the system well enough to guarantee them playing time, or, these days, NIL money.

He's still 19 years old. His issue is confidence and not going up strong - both related and fixable. I don't know if he WILL fix them, but he can. He has all the ability to be an NBA guy in a year or two.
