So is it just assumed Wrightsell is gone? Wonder what happened there..

I appreciate Stevenson's effort but I think a change of scenery would probably help both parties. He just hasn't seemed to develop into his potential.

I also really hope Reid doesn't go anywhere. I love his game.

Achilles injuries are tough. I love Trelly, but it would be a mistake to put a bunch of NIL money in that basket banking on him being the same kind of player he was before.

Alabama forward Naas Cunningham has entered the transfer portal, per ESPN college basketball insider Jeff Borzello.

"NEWS: Alabama freshman Naas Cunningham is entering the transfer portal, sources told ESPN," Borzello wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). "Redshirted this season after being ranked in the ESPN 100 coming out of high school. 6-foot-7 wing with intriguing physical tools. Represented by Klutch Sports."

Stevenson is only 19 y/o. Sure, it’ll take some time, but once he becomes a senior, he definitely has the potential to be the best player

I thought Naas would turn into a great player for us. But, these days, you don't get to see anyone get better. They just take the money and go somewhere else.

That said, I think Oats knows where and how he wants to spend his money. If they really wanted him to stay, he probably would.

Rylan Griffin back in the portal. I wonder if we'll reach out to him.

He struggled at Kansas, but he's exactly what we needed on this squad. An athletic wing defender that can shoot.

I may be in the minority, but I wouldn’t take Rylan back

That's how I feel, unless Nate overrules me.

Yaxel Lendeborg should be a first round pick, but if he comes back he'd have the biggest possible impact next year of the portal players I've seen thus far. A little concerned he lands at Auburn.

People on TI have been saying Michigan has offered him (Lendeborg) a massive NIL deal. Who knows?

For $1.5 million according to someone who would likely know.

Honestly that doesn’t hurt me too much. I was hoping we wouldn’t take a guy from Pettway. Just doesn’t feel right.

I can't remember, did we originally offer him out of high-school? If not, I could see him being peeved we didn't.

You mean like what we hoped Cliff would be?

I’m not sure what options we will have out there for a legit rebounding rim protector. One thing is for sure though , we will need someone else at the 5 with Sherrell.

I honestly don't think Pettway would have minded too much. I think he knows if a freshman comes in and dominates like he did that he'd be gone. Plus, the kid is from Tuscaloosa, so you couldn't be that upset about him going to play in his hometown.

This one kind of shocks me. It's a big ouch for me.

Also, f*** Tipton for the completely unnecessary "from Tuscaloosa" shite.

If the 1.5m is true, it probably has a little bit to do with that. Just an absurd number for that kid that we would never have paid. A little concerning if that's the going rate for that level of prospect.
