I will make a deal with the board. If the “best” (most talented?) team in school history goes 2-1 or 3-0 against Auburn and Tennessee in the stretch run, I will gladly admit I was wrong and ask for the mods to ban me.
Does that sound fair?

I'll add Mo in there lately, who seems to have caught the turnover disease from Nelson and Sears.
While true, in the past 6 games he has accounted for 73 points on 78% fg shooting.
Past two games where he has averaged 3.5 TO, he is at 84% fg shooting with 27 points.
His usage rate is way up and at times he will bungle, but his efficiency on offense remains sky high. I thought the Texas game was the first game I have seen where he struggled a little defensively though

I don't think he struggled defensively. I thought he over helped at times which took him out of position.

That's basically what I am referring to, a few occasions where he dropped down and lost his man. He is usually exceptional at helping and recovering, by far the best on our team.

last week CNO said they will work on the turnovers that monday and tues in practice, this week coach pannone said they are trying to cut down the turnovers by 10% .
A few days ago Oats said the 5th yr seniors need to do better in that department.
I think every one knows this team is special . Its good to see the coaches address the issue as well. Fix this we roll.

So, you are demanding that Alabama go 1-1 or 2-0 vs number 1 and number 5 on the road? Quite a demand vs the best team in AU history and one of the top two or three teams in UT history. Just like you.
And you are ignorant or lying when you talk of Alabama failing vs them. In the last 4 years Alabama is 3-3 vs UT and 5-3 vs AU. Alabama leads both all-time series, AU by a lot, UT by 8. This year’s game will make it 3 of 4 away vs UT thanks to the SEC’s ongoing “kindness” to Alabama in their scheduling.

You don’t need to admit anything. The historical record has already proven your statement about recent history to be wrong.

I see where the NCAA preliminary bracket had us in Midwest as #1 seed with Purdue , Iowa St, and Kansas in top 4….

Nope. Totally fine. You're just a jackass that literally contributes nothing beneficial to the board.

Except forecasting the future using the results of the past. Not rocket science.

You predicted losses down the stretch due to turnovers costing us games. We had 7. It's not why we lost. So no you didn't forecast shite.

But I did say that Auburn and UT would likely “out-tough” Bama, and Auburn did today.
This is not rocket science, folks. Nate Oats is a very good coach. But his teams are “finesse”, meaning they rely on being able to out-run and out-shoot the opposition. Great coaches with very good (and tough) players can usually beat finesse teams by controlling the tempo and being physical with them. I don’t watch the games so I can’t say why Bama lost today. But my guess is that pretty much what I outlined here is what occurred.
As long as Oats is the coach, this is basically the type of team you can expect. Just look at the physical stature of most of the players. Most of them are a bad matchup for physical teams. And it takes physicality to win national titles. That goes for hoops and the pigskin.

It's pretty much the Exact Opposite of what you said:
We made it a close game by:
Out"toughing" them on hard hat plays-- clawing and scratching for everything
Not committing turnovers
They beat us by making big 3 pointers and tough shots in traffic all game whereas we shot very poorly.
So, yeah, pretty much the exact opposite of what your crystal ball fortune told.

I just think we had a better shot yesterday if we called more plays and took more jumpers from the elbow IMHO IYAM
