It's officially #1 vs #2 Saturday. Or #1 vs. #1 if you take the coaches and AP polls together.

That's insane. I'm a little worried about how this year's league schedule is going to affect SEC teams in March. Playing against this kind of talent and physicality twice every week is tough.

We picked a good year to have a truly 10-deep roster.

Yeah, this is one year where I wouldn't be too upset if we don't go far in the conference tournament. A couple of extra days off might be worth it. The physical nature of every game has really stood out this season. Even the bottom of the conference plays a physical brand of basketball, so you don't get a break from it even then. Kentucky is the only SEC team I think you could fairly describe as soft.

Also, if we get sent to Lexington for the opening weekend, that begins on Thursday so it’s one less day of rest. I wish we’d make the SEC tournament end on Saturday but TV dollars say that isn’t happening.

I want nothing to do with an extended conference tournament run on the heels of that last 3 weeks of the regular season. Frankly I'd be ok if we made up injuries and sat anyone with any sort of bruise or bang to keep them fresh and let other guys get extended minutes.

I think we should beat Texas, beat Auburn, then fake Covid for a month

TV money is such a double edged sword. It's awesome to be able to watch all but like the buy-iest of buy games on TV now, but holy frick the scheduling is a disaster in every way imaginable.

O/U 11.5 mentions of our narrow escape against Arkansas?

O/U 11.5 mentions of Texas losing at home to Arkansas?

O/U 4.5 mentions of Arkansas or Arkansas players unrelated to either Texas or Alabama's recent games against them?

O/U 3.5 on how many times he calls us Roll Tide like that is our nickname instead of Crimson Tide. He sounds like an idiot every time he does that and normally does it multiple times.

Figured the new regime would end the Dykes in men sports but I guess that wasn't a priority.

We opened up -5.5…..now -2.5

Don’t like that.

Auburn opened up -9.5 and now -8.5
