Gurley has taken 3 3 pointers that looked great off his hand. Just a touch long on all 3 of them.
If we were paying a better offensive team, we’d be down at least 10. They’ve missed a ton of open looks. I think our defense has been fine. Theirs has just been better.

14 turnovers and we are -4 in rebounding margin. That's the cliff notes version of why we are losing.
The long version is the players (and maybe the staff too) thought they were just going to walk in the gym and win this game by 20 just because. Was the guy that robbed his mom the motivational speaker before this game or something?

Not a good half. Eli is terrible. I thought Hoover was doing this game? And what's the deal with Miles and Holt playing so much? I like them both, but I feel like the starters might have been needed more.

I mean the only explanation I have is the staff decided we could treat this like an exhibition and expand rotations from the start. That backfired big time and seemingly set the tone for the team that we could coast around.

What a disappointing half with some of the most grating commentary from Eli and Hendrix?. Almost turned the sound off, would have if I could find the radio site.
Our team needs to wake up or this will be a loss. What’s happened to our FT shooting; not getting to the line and not making anything ,once there. Sky is not falling but the euphoria of the first two games has raised our expectations too high perhaps.
