"as of late."

The fact that a reigning SEC Tournament MVP and 4th year college player apparently didn't put a lot of priority on being a team leader until fricking March is truly stunning.

Alabama fell out of the top 25 of the AP poll for a second time Monday. The Tide received 7 voting points, its fewest in the poll since Jan. 4, 2021.

Not only is it bad for us; it's a big red flag for those looking at drafting him.

Which teams play worse in garbage time?

The graph below shows how much better or worse teams perform when the game outcome is decided, compared to their efficiency when the game is still up for grabs. Teams like Wisconsin and Providence play way worse in garbage time than normal

I was about to say, I don't know how much different we are in garbage time but I do know we almost never play games that are out of reach in either direction. And that chart would certainly back that up

We’ve lost the last few games but for some reason I feel like we will make it in the SEC bracket.

Id hate to be a team that plays us in our practice gym for a practice game/scrimmage

Because with how he talks about us practicing we’d beat everyone by 50 and have the walk ons throwing oops to each other to start the 2nd half LMAO

Don't forget he was also suspended back in November as well, even though the only game he missed was an exhibition.

Oats has basically said the same thing for at least a month now.

1. Limit turnovers
2. Would like to see the defense improve
3. See more effort and earn your playing time
4. Good day at practice, put the last game behind you

There is almost no point in paying attention to his press conferences at this point haha

UGA - one of our worst games of the season.

Vandy - very average performance.

@ UK - pretty average, slightly better than Vandy.

UK - pretty good defensively, abysmal offensively.

Went 1-3 in those four games. Should've went at least 2-2. With more consistency and/or stepping up our game we could've been 3-1 or even 4-0. I guess I see his point. UK is not an easy team to beat for anyone, but they haven't been playing all that well lately either.

I like that we're down to only 2 little bitty issues - defense as a whole and turnovers

No biggie

Those problems have plagued us and I don't think Coach Oats is lying about the guys practicing hard. We still have plenty of time too get it right and as long as JQ is trying I'm ride with him because at the end of the day he could just mail it in.

I'm a ride with this team till the wheels fall off...

If we weren't really bad at the things you need to be good at to avoid losing games, we'd be the best team in the country.
