Watch us get put in Greenville/South Region against an ACC team. Auburn probably going there tho I'd guess. The south region tourney venues aren't all that southern outside that one.

'23 is Bham for first/second round and MSG for the Final Four. That would be amazing.

I’ll Tell you what…we can’t just show up Saturday. Carolina is playing decent. If we play like we did against Mizzou, Arkansas, or the first 35 minutes of State we could lose

I don't think the cocks have made a bucket since you posted that

but you are right.

We lose that game, it'll be hard to be the #5 seed in the tourney (we'd be down 1 to them, they'd have the tiebreaker but they play Mizz/@Aub to finish). We would have win the last 2 for sure. It's a big game. A 6 seed also gets Vandy back in play based on standings now, no thanks.

No one wrecks the SEC's bubble teams like Frank Martin.

SCar getting the 5 seed in the SEC tourney would be a big deal, talking about out of nowhere?

They need a win vs us and then beat Mizzu.

With that being said, with a win Saturday, we would most likely have it wrapped up as well. We may as well stay in Aub's bracket. Ken's is just as good and the upside of possibly upsetting Auburn is through the roof.

Update on Senior Night from a MBB email that came in tonight - it says 4 seniors and lists 3…

It's Senior Night at Coleman Coliseum
Alabama Men's Basketball hosts the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. and tipoff will be at 5:00 p.m. We will be honoring our 4 seniors, Keon Ellis, James Rojas, and Jahvon Quinerly, after the game. The 2001-02 SEC Basketball Regular Season Champs will also be honored on the court at halftime.

Also - the last home game of the season:

Honestly i think we bury SC on saturday. No one on that team scares u. I think nate's message about defense got thru ... Vandy went last 5 or so minutes without a fg.

I’m not sure we can bury anyone. If we get big leads, we let up and make the game far too interesting

How is LSU higher than Ala in the NET? played a bunch of Q4 games, haven't won as many quad 1/2 games, worse conference record, worse SOS. What am I missing?

It seems like NET is pretty much set in stone once there's enough data to get a good idea of a team's quality, so LSU's slide in conference play isn't hurting them because they had such a strong start to the season. The same thing has happened to us though to be fair. Our NET has been pretty steady for weeks after both big wins and some awful losses.
