This is a terrible look for Oats. You can't go piss and vinegar about effort and then roll out a lineup that makes even more careless errors than normal (which is a lot).

He's fvckin lost with this team. I don't mean he's lost in general as a coach, I mean he has absolutely zero clue what to do to fix this group. Part of that is this collection of guys, and part of that is an indictment on him as a coach at this early stage of his career.
He's gotta get better at this. I love his approach to program building, analytics, etc, but his management of this team throughout the year has been horrid.
