We have committed 326 turnovers this season.
JD and JQ have combined for 130 of them.
That's 40% from the two main point guards.

Yuck
Been a little better recently - at least more assists to go with the turnovers
Last 5 games
JQ - 24 assists / 15 turnovers
JD - 24 assists / 10 turnovers

Shooting has sucked the last 15 games what if the Law of Averages flips and we just go in an insane heater from 3 for the next 15 games

Those efficient offensive lineups on previous page may be benefitting from 1/2 of their possessions playing together being in the Ole Miss game.

True, but they are opponent adjusted too. But you are right, a lot of those were probably in the last game when we shot well. But we also just were playing well and moving the ball, so part of it was still due to the unit playing well together.

Recreating January of last year in February and March of this year would be fun.

Their assist numbers would be significantly higher if the team was shooting better and had finished instead of clanking the rim....signed, captain obvious....

3P shooting
Barnes - 1/2 (50.0%)
Gary - 7/32 (21.9%)
Rojas - 3/17 (17.6%)
Johnson - 1/6 (16.7%)
Holt - 1/12 (8.3%)
Bediako - 0/1 (0.0%)
Above combined - 13/70 (18.5%) (10% of total 3PA)
Add in JQ - 33/133 (24.8%) - New combined - 46/203 (22.7%) (28.8% of total 3PA)
Add in Gurley - 15/51 (29.4%) - New combined - 61/254 (24.0%) (36% of total 3PA)
As a team we have 705 3PA on the season. Everything above accounts for 36.0% of all of our 3PA.
The other 64% of our 3PA breaks down like this:
Shack - 77/205 (37.6%)
Keon - 45/127 (35.4%)
Miles - 20/59 (33.9%)
JD - 19/60 (31.7%)
Combined - 161/451 (35.7%) (64% of total 3PA)
So on 64% of our 3PA we are shooting at a decent clip of 35.7%, but on the other 36% of our 3PA we are shooting only 24%.

I've been saying playing small would be our best lineup. I don't think we've seen it enough (or at all) for it to qualify, but I'd be curious to see what we look like with Gary in that lineup over Gurley.

I feel like he was overshadowed a little by Shack's 30-bomb, but JD looked every bit like the top 5 pick I thought he could be when we signed him. Unstoppable on the drive, playing confidently and with passion like he did in HS, and flawless/effortless passing. Hoping this is where he realizes just how good he is.

Actually I'm pretty sure Gary swapping for Gurley was like the #3 best efficiency. It was slightly worse defensively, I think.

Someone tweeted a pic from Coleman tonight of their alcohol guidelines. Looks like it may be finally being sold.

Some cross-venue motivation for the team from The Man from Arkansas himself:
Crimson Tide Quote of the Day
"I'm just a simple plow hand from Arkansas, but I have learned over the years how to hold a team together. How to lift some men up, how to calm others down, until finally they've got one heartbeat, together, a team." Bryant, when asked why he was so successful as a coach.

Coach Bryant was amazing at it. His motivational skills were second to none.

I mean where’s he gonna go? Truthfully. Overseas? Bounce around the G League? Before the season, it seemed like he’d for sure be gone, but with the way he’s played, he has zero shot of being drafted.
