i thought one of the rules of the nil was that merch couldnt have anything about the school on it?

It can, you just have to pay for the trademark or get permission. And the school has to approve what their logo is going on.
Also, I think some of these companies that are working with kids have a general agreement with the schools and make general looking merch with their name/number (BreakingT is one I think).

I have no doubt there will be a game, whether Colorado State or somebody else. My prediction is somebody close like Louisiana Ragin Cajuns who had a game cancelled on them. We played then in the preseason charity game, and they almost beat us. In that game Shack went 1 for 14, and Quinerly and Gary were suspended. Syracuse, same situation as us, would be great, but they are not flying down here for a game. They will pull in somebody from New York. Another couple of games may open up. We have to find somebody who has had a team cancel a game on them this week.
