He almost reminded me of Shaq(The Big One) at times he just lowers his shoulder and makes room for himself, and the ref swallows his whistle.
We take a deep breath in his direction and TWEET!

No. Still think we lose to a Houston team that is a bad matchup for us, beat Memphis and JSU, and CSU is a toss up.

I mean last we night proved we can beat every team on the schedule. Iona proved if we don’t play well, a lot of those teams can beat us. I’ll go with one more non-conference loss. Just hope it isn’t Memphis. I want to destroy them.

What about the game ANGRY CHUCK played...7 points, 8 rebounds, & 6 blocks! That's crazy for a FRESHMAN BIG!

Lose @Penny
Not unless they have a circle the wagons moment. Penny blasted all the vets on his team in the media yesterday and basically admitted they have a toxic locker room.

Couldn’t agree more.
They thought they’d run us off the floor.

Alabama’s Offensive Explosion Leads No. 16 Crimson Tide Past No. 3 Gonzaga, 91-82, in Battle in Seattle
Jaden Shackelford ties his career high with 28 points and six three-pointers en route to the nine-point win
Junior guard Jaden Shackelford tied his career high with 28 points on the strength of six three-pointers to help lead the No. 16 Alabama men's basketball team to a 91-82 victory over No. 3 Gonzaga Saturday night in the Battle in Seattle. The win marks the Crimson Tide's first road victory over a top-five team since it defeated then-No. 4 Mississippi State 77-73 on Feb. 21, 2004.
Shackelford connected on 10-of-16 shots from the field and 6-of-8 from deep on his way to matching his career high for a fourth time. He also led the team with nine boards in his 38 minutes of action. Freshman JD Davison also hit the 20-point mark for the first time in his young career, finishing with 20 points, five rebounds and four assists on the night.

I think we’re a matchup nightmare for CSU. Their guards are good shooters but have a difficult time creating for themselves, and they’re soft and slow down low. If we can get out in transition and open the floor we’ll kill them. Houston and Memphis concern me more because of their athleticism, physicality down low, and the speed to close out on shooters. Both their offenses completely lack a pulse in the halfcourt though, so we should win both, but they can make it uncomfortable for us.

Yea the Memphis game still makes me nervous because it's up there. Certainly feels like a circle the wagons game for them, even if temporarily.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything like Penny’s interview with the Athletic yesterday. What a disaster.
I don’t think he gets fired before our game, but he probably should be.
All that being said, that game still seems like it could be a pain in the arse.

Don't think I've ever seen a coach go that far on blaming the players for his own failures. Like, creating a positive, team first culture is your fricking job. He has modeled a college program on an AAU team, complete with the bought and paid for roster, because that's all he knows. But he wants to blame the kids for that? frick Penny.
