I see alot of people leaving Miles out on their returning lists

Do y’all think he transfers out? I love his potential and what he can bring if he adds more control to his game

At some point, Darius Miles’ potential becomes a meme.

You’re right. WTH was I thinking? We’re 11-13 since Houston. I should be farting daffodils and drinking green tea about now.

Miles was awful the last 6 weeks of the season. In the era of the portal you can't wait for a kid to take 3-4 years to figure it out.

I’ll watch it sooner or later, like waiting for the LSU game to tip, right now.
Glad my memory’s not what it used to be or I might be depressed about earlier.

Well.......bye?

I'd trade Miles for a 5th year mid-major wing like Umode from Arkansas who can shoot and defend everyday of the week. I like the guy but he's a goof and the odds he becomes a productive 25+ minute player is like 30% at best.

And it’s not like he was that good prior to those last 6 weeks. He seems like another Keon Ellis - capable of have flashes of greatness but incapable of putting it all together and playing consistently good to great.

Like I said, I'm good with this for everyone besides Burnett and Chuck.

I’d take Gary back if he goes back to the blue collar player fighting for rebounds and defending. I don’t want stand in the corner waiting for kick out passes Gary.

Give me Gurley, Gary, and Holt, too. Holt gives you everything you want out of a guard/wing except shooting, and that can be improved substantially in one off-season.

Prob jq now, burnett, gurley, bediako, and probably gary.

If Q comes back, when could he be ready to really contribute? Burnett was on the roster but hasn't played a game in a Bama jersey and is coming off an ACL. Gurley (yes but what are we really getting). Bediako (yes, when he says he's coming back). Gary (doubt he's back and again, what are we really getting)

The only ones I'm more confident they come back are Burnett, Bediako and Gurley. Burnett and Bediako are the only two I care about being back (maybe Holt too due to defense). And according to Oats, Q is the only one we know for sure off your list that bothered to show up for shooting prior to A TOURNAMENT GAME.

With the right portal pick ups, freshmen playing up to their press and a few returners that step up, we can compete for the top of the league.
But a definite? No.

Not if the player is too fricking lazy to show up to a voluntary shootaround the night before a fricking NCAA tournament game.

Same goes for Gary. If you want to stand in the corner waiting on someone to pass you the ball so you can shoot a 3, maybe fricking practice enough that you don't brick or airball 80% of them.

While I am grateful for the first b2b NCAA appearances in 15 years, this was an absolute kick in the nuts of a basketball season. We are truly about to find out if Oats is the real deal or not. He’s certainly allowed the program to take a significant step in the wrong direction. Hopefully he can figure out how to get it turned back around.
