Oats has flaws, but if you’re watching the game, how much of this shite is actually on Oats
He can’t PLAY FOR THEM. He can be at fault for some of the roster management, but losing JQ hurt BIG TIME, and he can only play what he has, which is a lot of guys who shouldnt be out there. Id expect that he knows this as well and a semi roster overhaul is in place to happen

If you're going to run an offense based on layups or kick out for 3s...
You might want to recruit players that can make layups and shoot 3s.
