He can’t PLAY FOR THEM. He can be at fault for some of the roster management, but losing JQ hurt BIG TIME, and he can only play what he has, which is a lot of guys who shouldnt be out there. Id expect that he knows this as well and a semi roster overhaul is in place to happen
That’s why ‘22-‘23 season looms large. One season can just be a bad mix of players. Two seasons of this shite is on the coach.

I’m not thrilled with Oats but we have a bunch of guys that just aren’t especially good.
Part of that is roster management. The one thing I think he has clearly gotten wrong is the portal. You don’t need to sign a bunch of high school and JUCO projects. You pick them off in the portal after you’ve already seen that they can play.
