Any insight from your mods regarding Walker? I went over to the AU board and didn’t see much other than TT saying Bama should be investigated if we land him
Not really. I think all three teams have some level of confidence but he appears to be a quiet kid who probably hasn’t made up his mind yet. I personally think Houston is gonna be tough to beat.

Maybe setting myself up for disappointment but all announcements on same day and same broadcast.
Feel good about our chances. We're the only common team in it for all of recruits announcing correct?
Hopefully Nate set the whole scenario up.

Our former target Chandler Jackson has committed to Florida Sate.

Scheduling a big announcement on a major sports network to announce a decision no one else would be stoked about (G-League/NBL) would be incredibly lame. Have to think it's us or Kansas.

Fingers crossed. My optimistic projections would be Miller and Walker choosing us with Clowney choosing Indiana. No way we could go 3 for 3

It’s always fun to have some perspective. Can you imagine a few years ago, the thought of being happily optimistic at losing a Top 100, 4 star Forward to Indiana?

2022 four-star Rylan Griffen will announce his college decision on Nov. 9th, he tells @On3Recruits. Top 10: Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Arizona State, Oklahoma St, Oklahoma, Kansas St, Cal, NC State.
If we add him, Miller, and Walker along with Bradley…that’s a sick class.

I'm just fricking glad it's about to be over. But at least with the transfer portal, I'm not worried about becoming garbage because we missed on big targets.

Hope we snag Miller & Bradley out of that group. Clowney and Griffen one or both would be icing on the cake. Have to have the first two to make a statement.
Edit: Yup meant Walker, was thinking of the trifecta, Walker, Bradley and Miller. Oops!

Four-star guard Rylan Griffen sets announcement date
Rylan Griffen, the 6-foot-5, 180-pound shooting guard from Richardson (TX) and the Drive Nation AAU program, has set an announcement date.
The four-star prospect ranked the No. 6 shooting guard the Class of 2022 in the 247Sports.com Composite will announce Nov. 10 between Auburn, Alabama, Georgia,, Kansas, Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Kansas State, Cal and N.C. State.
“Most of the schools say they need me, so that’s good to hear,” Griffen told ZAGSBLOG recently. “They also think I have a lot of potential and raw talent that they can develop so I definitely want to learn from them and I want to get better.
“People talk about rankings and stars all the time, but I don’t care about that. It’s the end goal I care about the most. A lot of coaches tell me that, too. There are schools that look at that type stuff but the ones that want me don’t care about that at all.”

He doesn't get as much hype obviously but I really like Rylan Griffen, the more I watch and read about him, the more I think he's a bit under-ranked. If we can get Walker and Miller, he would be the cherry on top of a great class.

Could possibly be for Ty Rodgers I guess.

Percentages on each of these 5-Stars committing to Bama? (Walker & Miller)
Posted on 10/31/21 at 12:43 pm to saban n bear
The upcoming 10-day stretch for Alabama men's basketball recruiting could be huge. Alabama already has an impactful class with 5-star PG Jaden Bradley, but has the potential to reach never-before-seen levels at the Capstone. Here's the latest on 4 major targets:
-Brandon Miller. I've said for some time and still feel the same that I think UA is in good shape here. It took a little longer than expected for him to prepare his decision, but Alabama has been trending. Good relationships have been built and Miller is very familiar with the program as a whole. There is a good chance Miller joins Jaden Bradley as Alabama five-star commitments. Bryan Hodgson has spear-headed this recruitment and also was primary recruiter on Bradley. He will commit on Monday, November 1 at 1 pm CT on CBS Sports HQ.
-Noah Clowney. There hasn't been a lot of talk about Clowney with most of the focus on Miller and Jarace Walker, but he's set to announce Monday, November 1 at 4 p.m. CT on CBS Sports HQ as well. I've spent the week seeking intel on Clowney and if you ask three people you get three different answers. Alabama, Indiana and Virginia Tech are the three schools most often mentioned. Heading into this decision the Hoosiers were mentioned most often but at the same time there hasn't been anything concrete comes out. I still think this is to be determined, but Alabama is very much in the mix. Antoine Pettway has lead the way for Alabama here.
-Jarace Walker. Most of the talk has been Bama or Houston. Don't have a great feel here right now. I do know that Bradley has been trying to help Alabama and obviously that has to factor in for Nate Oats and staff. I've heard conflicting information, but obviously everyone is watching this one closely. Too close to call but there is still a few days before he decides. He will commit on Thursday, November 4.
-Rylan Griffen. Similar to Miller, I think UA has done a great job here and is certainly in the mix to land the four-star Texas guard. Speaking to different people you will get different opinions as well, but UA behind Bryan Hodgson have built a strong relationship here and it won't be a surprise if he chooses UA. Still a way to go in this with his commit date later than the other three. He will commit on Wednesday, November 10.

The guys at crimson crossover appear to think tomorrow we might be getting more than one commitment.
