Yep. Regular fan stuff is one thing, but when they start making shite up that can ruin someone's future, that crosses the line. Sometimes you just have to knock the bully on his arse. If they want to threaten your livelihood on false or misleading information, you have every right to go after their livelihood.

Why is no one mentioning MILES own text message to Davis confirmed the Gun was hidden?

“The Heat is in the Hat”

Which means it was hidden in a beanie or actual hat

The media has made a real habit of targeting Alabama during sporting events. The scene at Tennessee in October was so insanely over the top. As an alum, I think that it's time to take the fight to people like Finebaum, Travis, Klatt, etc.

You are reading that completely wrong lmao.

1. He verbally said that to Davis, caught on dashcam

2. It means the gun is loaded

The LIES on DIFFERENT social media platforms could cause somebody to attempt too hurt Brandon.

Brandon Miller has been CLEARED by law enforcement investigators and the DA so people are hoping it changes but it won't because of VIDEO EVIDENCE!

Brandon Miller & his family should most definitely start filing lawsuits against these companies, people, & platforms because they aren't willing to allow justice to be done. They are all for defaming him because of who Brandon Miller is.

Outkick literally reporting that the gun was Miller’s. How the hell have they not been sued out of business already? Literal trash, worse than NY Post.

Did you see the way the South Carolina fans were acting last night ? Chanting stuff at him. Carolina fans started a fight with an Alabama fan at the game. They showed it on TV. It's out of control.

Let them keep saying it because Brandon Miller started cooking afterwards.

Travis praised the judicial system when a kid that murdered ppl in the street with an assault rifle got off yet someone who hasn’t been arrested, charged and has been cleared by investigators/DA should be crucified? There’s some type of cover up apparently?

Miller slander has been obscene.

These clowns on ESPN don’t have original thoughts. They say whatever is deemed as politically correct. Zero independent thinking. “I should be outraged, right? Twitter is outraged, right? Time to appear outraged!”.

You left out they was burning the city down to the ground. Stealing from businesses and destroying everything in their path. Right?

Yeah they were saying on the pregame show before the game “maybe its a good thing this games on the road tonight” not sure why they thought that but yeah, they were wrong.

Im really glad these next 2 are at home, will be sell outs too.

And Travis/Outkick just committed libel by claiming it was Miller’s gun in a tweet that has now been deleted. Absolute garbage and we all know he’d be melting down if ESPN or another outlet was doing this to a Vol player. He’d be having a tweet storm demanding retractions, apologies, and firings.

I take back everything I’ve ever said about Gary Danielson, Joel Klatt, and other talking heads that I get mad at because I hate their opinions. I might not like their takes but at least they aren’t trying to go after a college player with straight up lies and malice.

Kyle Rittenhouse has sued I don't know how many news outlets who slandered him during that trial. Same with Nicholas Sandmann. Both are filthy rich now. Assuming that Brandon Miller is innocent he needs to do the same thing.

Not yet. He's been wrapped up in civil suits from his attackers and their families in an effort to keep him from suing media outlets.

Rittenhouse was not a public figure. A different standard applies.

But that “it was Miller’s gun” claim is absolutely worthy of a suit.

Yeah, the standard is actually lower for Rittenhouse to be able to prove defamation than it is for Brandon Miller.

Hard to imagine labeling someone a murderer isn't grounds for defamation regardless.

Yes, this is embarrassing and hypocritical for a guy who complains about cancel culture all the time. Travis is a hack.
