I lost my grandfather to essentially old age last March. We always watched bama football together. His last few months were spent in and out of hospitals and nursing homes. Watched the bama/uga national championship with him just a couple months before he passed. I hate he had to see us lose as his last game. So I understand about situations like that. Good luck to your uncle - hoping for a miracle, or at least a lot of happiness as his life seems to be coming to a close.

But I'm way more nervous than almost any huge football game. Maybe it's the Bama basketball PTSD or just the fact that the tournament can be a cold bitch.

Got shite done for work today after lunch. Kicking myself for not making trip to Louisville. Whose idea was it to sign my kids up for every soccer game, baseball game, gymnastics meet, and piano recital known to man? I mean, damn.
Anyway I had to crack the first beer around 2:00pm and the drinks are flowing a little too quickly.
