No. I saw Latrell Sprewel do the same thing. Hold off on the accolades.

Brandon Miller hits a 3-pointer at the buzzer and No. 18 Alabama leads No. 12 Michigan State, 42-37, at halftime. Miller already has 17 on 3-of-5 from deep. Noah Clowney has 9 points, so 26 of Tide’s 42 points have come from two freshmen.

Unless we fall apart, at least this shows we can certainly play ball with even the best teams.
Can't ask for much more than that in November.
Miller just needs a bit more support

As Walton just said, Brandon Miller's the best he's seen all day.

There are run-of-the-mill 1st Rd guys, and then there's Brandon Miller. I would be surprised if he's not a multi-year All-Star in the NBA. Special. Maybe VERY special.

I agree right now, but JQ has barely had a chance to practice with this group yet

Miller is pretty good.

These refs can frick off.

Too many defensive lapses, but the fact that they are like 7-7 on 12-18 foot jumpers is fricking ridiculous.

No surprise we're getting wrecked in the paint by a bunch of slow white kids who are going to end up shooting like 25 FTs between the 3 of them.

This year feels different. Miller looks like a guy who can carry an already good team to great.

Man, I hope Clowney is a two year guy.

This. As good as he is, we’re going to need more help and some aggression from the other guys on offense to win big games. Clowney has been solid, but outside of that we haven’t seen much.

I hate that we’re a much better team with JQ on the bench but we just are.

Quinerly doing entirely too much dribbling.

Q is the one I think last year against maybe Iona, who had the ball in his hands, :04 on the shot clock, never passed, never got a shot off. He’s a net liability a lot of the time.

Miller is good but he's playing his 5th collegiate game. Pump the brakes baw.

We'll need someone else to step up in the 2nd half. You'll probably see Izzo run more ball deny on Miller.

With his height, some back screen lobs and cuts would work if they ball deny. He can run some point forward too to get the ball in his hands early and force a double team. Slide Sears and Bradley to the wings. Oats will need to be ready to adjust.

Not as a true freshman.
