My post was the very first. While my predictions can be posted on opposite on purpose. Basketball is my expertise.

To be fair to those Auburn fans, 2019 was the year they started watching hoops

It's incredible that they are seriously trying to act like we're the new money program.

Yes sir, I took it as genuine.

To be fair, there were quite a few initial responses praising the hire, so it took more digging than a modern day rant thread to find the garbage.

It really shows how far that board has fallen in terms of actually discussing sports. Even the William Taylor dude seemed to post like an actual human being at the time.

It's hilarious. There's no comparison between the two basketball programs historically. But because they'd never heard of the sport before their Final Four run, they think Bama was always a poverty program like AU.

Monday night I was told by someone who is as connected as anyone I know that Oats to Kentucky was a done deal. About 4 hours later that night he told me Oats was locked back in with Bama as his family likes it at Bama. 3 days later and Kentucky is still coming hard for Oats. Don't expect anything else to play out with the portal until this is settled.

Same guy told me on April 3rd that Parker was gone. I'm passing along the information. It is a forum.

I don’t think we are entirely out of the woods either but Drew and his family were in Lexington yesterday. I doubt they’ve reengaged Oats yet

Trilly put it out early Oats had Zero interest. He entertained them a little bit Monday as leverage for more stuff here and that is the smart thing to do

Drew turned them down today. So did Hurley. Oats has already said he wasn't interested.

The same guy told me on June 12, 2023 that Nelson committed. Nelson committed to Bama on June 28.

He is friends with multiple coaches; including Bryan Hodgson, Sean Miller (Xavier), Bill Self (Kansas), etc, etc. etc..........

He talks to Trilly often. You can doubt me all you want.

You clearly did not read my post. I said he told me 4 hours later it wasn't happening.

I’m not trolling when I say this because it’s our rival but I’ve yet to actually meet an Auburn fan that knows ball, they’re not beating the allegations of becoming a fan the year of their Final Four. Maybe it’s still just shock over our run because I was given some terrible takes at the bar after our UConn game.

Falling a$$ backwards into a Billy Donovan hire would be a swift kick in the nuts to the rest of the SEC. Hiring Drew would have put us all on notice. Hiring Donovan would be concerning.
