Starting to wonder if St. Mary's might actually be the better pull.
GCU is long and super athletic. They get to the FT line a ton (and we send opponents there a ton). They also have a pretty great crowd in this game.
We also have done pretty well against these super slow teams.

Would love to see state knock off North Carolina tomorrow.

Carolina is beatable. Of all the #1s they're the most vulnerable imho.

I'm okay with losing to Saint Mary's, Grand Canyon, and Michigan State, but I really hate losing to UNC. There are probably many people who have the same thoughts as me.

I hate the idea of playing Grand Canyon. Absolutely hate it. It's an online for-profit "college" and losing to that in the second round would be peak Alabama basketball.

Looks like it is going to be GCU. They definitely look like the more talented and athletic team. That makes me nervous.
