Nelson is a different player than I thought we were getting but I love that dude. He’s being asked to bang all game with dudes bigger and stronger and he is more than holding his own. Perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that his offensive game has struggled at times. He is putting in hard work all game long. Really happy for him hitting those 2 massive 3s that pretty much sealed it.

At this point it might be better to just keep him off the team. Having a shithead around the program isn’t going to help us and the on again off again suspensions seem silly. Our post defense is going to be meh whether he’s on the floor or not.

He could play but I don’t think he can help at Pringle’s position. Plus we still have 10 other guys on scholarship and most playing rotations don’t go 10 deep in conference play anyway. Bad injury luck changes all that however.

Sears was so good, again.
When they made a little run with 10 minutes left to push the lead back out to 13 a few times, he just runs off 5 straight points to keep us right there.
Sears, Rylan, and Nelson were all excellent in the second half. Good luck dealing with that.
