Our shots are short because we are shooting from behind the fricking NBA line. If we were shooting from where we normally shoot our muscle memory would be right on target

Free throw fest now. Knew I would regret staying up until 1:30 for this one.

I honestly blame this performance on whoever was behind this dumb arse 3 game stretch vs all top 5 teams all over the country, and in canada, all in hostile environments. We clearly look exhausted.

Gonna lose by 15+ and have completely earned it. Pathetic performance the last 12 minutes. Mentally just gave in.

I don’t care what he done in one game. I have only seen one person say that about him.

He isn’t a smart player

I was literally talking about one specific game.

Better stop making these hard schedules if we are going to rely on small school transfers from the portal

False! He had a great game versus Purdue i think.

His offensive game has been lacking.

This team shot 40 3s and half of them were taken by Nelson (3/15) and Stevenson (0/5). That’s a recipe for defeat no matter who we play.

NBA wanted to know if Grant:

A) could do it against better competition
And
B) could shoot better than 28% from 3

Answers to date:

A) No
B) Heck no

Was encouraged after Purdue, about the same after Creighton.

Pretty discouraged after this one. Had every shot to win this game and just pissed our pants over an important 3 minute stretch and then mentally gave in like we were ready to head home after that.

4 straight must wins before our first tough SEC stretch. Have no idea how the rest of the year plays out.

A little pissed I stayed up for this shite. It’s 1:30 where I’m at, and I can never go to sleep right away after a loss…

Think Stevenson’s % was actually respectable coming into the game, and he should be in HS. He’s not as bad as Grant on 3s.

That’s unfortunately been the M.O. since before the season began. We got up 19 on Wake Forest in the preseason game and blew the lead in less than 5 minutes in the second half.

They shot 11 more free throws than us and won by 13, despite actually fouling more than we did imho.

We look exhausted because we have to bring guys back in...we give up leads because we are putting the wrong people in when we could be stretching the lead.

Jarin Stevenson hasn't been good.
Rylan Griffen offensively hasn't been good.
Aaron Estrada hasn't been good for a couple of games.
Wrightsell hasn't been shooting well.

I blame Nate Oats because you got a guy on the sidelines who has played well when given the opportunity.

Davin Cosby could've helped tonight and can't nobody tell me differently. He can score so play him!!
