We from went from Tuscaloosa to Canada, back to Tuscaloosa, then to Nebraska, then to Arizona in about a week. If you think thats normal for college basketball players I have some news for you.

This is shaping up to be another game where they’ll grab a 6-10 point lead out of the half, then give up a 14-3 run, fight like hell to comeback, and squander another golden opportunity for a quality W.

It’s pretty brutal. And I thought I was negative…

We’re not where we want to be and it’s frustrating but to completely give up this early and call this team “bad” is just pathetic.
I’m sure the same ppl called the 2020 Bama team trash after the W Ky loss at home. Or last year’s team after the loss to OU.
We’re going to put it together in league play. With the way the schedule is set up they could easily go 12-6 or 13-5.
Hey maybe I’m wrong. Maybe I’ll be throwing in the towel at some point too…but it won’t be before we’ve even played an SEC game ffs.
There’s a whole 2nd half left btw. Maybe folks here want to wait until this one’s over before declaring the season over.

The crazy part is if we win this one we wont see most of them again til the next time we're losing. This isnt college football, and even if it was being down on the road to the number 4 team by 1 at halftime doesn't mean you're terrible. I am very impressed with us.

Every possession isn't an indication of how the rest of the season is gonna go.
News flash, outside of just getting to March it matters very little. I don't know how you people went through all of last season and the total devastation of the sweet 16 without some scar tissue that makes 1 AM Wednesday night games in December really not bother you that much either way.
I find it extremely difficult to get too high or low about anything in the regular season after last year (and the 35 years of it prior). We're either gonna be hot in the tournament and have a shot or we won't.

The year we made the final four run we were a couple of missed free throws from a 12-5 upset becuase we were still gassed from the SEC tournament.
A lot of the dance is luck, believe it or not.
And I’m high on this Bama team because I see the high ceiling, especially offensively. Could bomb, but could be good. Very good. These early results against a very tough schedule are not an indicator of where they’ll be in March.

This place is always a bitch fest during games. My only suggestion was that we feed Sam more at the 3, since he was the only one in a shooting groove.
