I didn’t know that they even sold beer. I wouldn’t drink one if you gave it to me. Oh well, to each his own.

Maybe it's me but I'm still of the opinion serving beer in SEC stadiums is a big mistake given the amount of rednecks these teams attract.
Not sure what you think is taking place at the tailgates prior to these games. People sharing grape juice and graham crackers? Having a few $10 beers won't make much of a difference for someone that's already lit walking into the game. Hell, the Tide Pride membership lets you keep your own liquor/beer/wine in a locker to access at your convenience. Not a huge deal.

Personally, I hate beer sales inside the stadium. All it does is clog up the concourses where you have problems getting to the bathrooms! Giving up my season tickets this year because it's just more of a pain in the butt to go to games than it was just four or five years ago!!

Milroes top speed is insane.
He just needs to decide to run sooner and commit to it.

He has all the skill in the world. The question is can he read a defense, process quicker and get the ball out without taking horrible sacks.

I bet that Jalen would be incredible at a lot of sports. Lacrosse, rugby, even soccer. He is no doubt a great athlete. Big, strong, and fast like a thoroughbred. But he has chosen to play probably the most difficult position in american sports.
But he has to get help from his coaches to get where he wants to go. No good QB ever got far without really good coaching. If Kiffin could get Blake Sims to play at a high level, i still have faith that Jalen can make big improvements. But Blake Sims could run the hell out of a zone read. He would come in as a backup with Kenyon Drake as his RB and one of those dudes was gonna skate. It has always worried me that Jalen struggles with that simple play concept when its something that he should be good at.

Ive been watching this clip of the long TD run. Im trying to figure out the play call. Cant see all 11 of our guys but the TE and RB stay in to block. Neither WR we can see runs much of a route. Was that a designed run? It doesnt look like QB draw, but that's kinda what it turned into. What do yall think was the play call there? Did he improvise or was it called? Any guesses as to what his reads are on that play?
Eta: Brooks runs a bit of a curl route. This looks like a max protect package. Tough to say how much he went through his progressions before taking off. But this was two seasons ago, so not a good indicator of where he is at now with making reads.

I agree, he's an amazing athlete who could be like Jim Brown in college at Syracuse and be an amazing lacrosse player. Any limitations he has are mental, IMO. The guy can chunk that long ball but for whatever reason, he struggles with the short to intermediate passes. Before anyone's head explodes by me saying this, his stats tell this tale. I'm sorry but it's true.
I do think with some really good coaching he can improve on this. I'm hoping this year, he can be more like Jaden Daniels and run for over 1000 yards and pass for 3000-4000 yards.

That’s why I think he’d be a very good baseball pitcher. Throwing it hard, he can hit a dime 50 yards away, but when he has to have touch on a swing pass to the back, he has no idea where it’s going. Getting it in the general vicinity is the best he can do when he has to take something off the throw.

I’ve said this before, Milroe is not a running QB. He is a QB that runs fast. He’s not instinctive, elusive or particularly powerful. He doesn’t have the feel of when to run. His improvement will have to come in the passing game. DeBoer is the perfect coach for him. If he can’t drastically improve this year it’s on him. We don’t know what his ceiling is and if he has already reached it or not.
