I feel some empathy for Bo because at least he’s trying even though he’s usually outgunned.

if this team does not make a regional will it be the mid week losses that did it in? Unless they finish strong their overall season could be below 500?

1 run losses add up over a season. 2 out runs given up also played a big part of this season. Those are killers.

Maybe if we wouldn’t have started at 3PM on a Sunday we could have got the game in.
We’re known for coming back in the 7-9th innings and putting the game away.

Alabama Baseball's Series Finale Against No. 20 Auburn Canceled

While the Crimson Tide wasn't able to pick up a victory over the weekend, Sunday's rainout helped its postseason chances a bit. By not playing, Alabama picked up a half game on Mississippi State in the SEC standings as the Bulldogs were swept by Texas A&M over three games this weekend.
Alabama's 10-16 record in SEC play is good enough for 11th place in the conference standings, a half game ahead of Kentucky (10-17) and a game and a half ahead of Mississippi State (9-18). Only 12 teams are invited to the SEC Tournament which will take place from May 24-29 in Hoover, Ala.
Alabama will close out its regular season next season as it hosts No. 4 Arkansas for a three-game series. Kentucky hosts a weekend series against No. 20 Auburn while Mississippi State finishes up with a home series against No. 1 Tennessee.

All we have to do is sweep Arkansas and win a game in Hoover and we can be a three seed in the Tallahassee regional.
