We take a 6 point lead with 2 minutes to go and it takes Ole Miss all of 4 plays to be in our red zone. That is Golding’s career in 1 drive: when the chips are down and we need a stop, his defense gets sliced up like a hot knife through soft butter.

In tge end, great individual efforts by Byron Young and Branch saved the day, no thanks to Pickled Pete.

Well true but if our great offensive coordinator had got us a TD on one of the last 2 possessions, we wouldn’t have to worry about the other!

Yeah but also we had a chance to ice the game with a TD score and we couldn't, which is a pretty common theme this season.

30 points is more than enough to win a game.

Don't get me wrong, frick BOB and hope his arse is unemployed before midnight, but Golding is equally as shitty, if not worse.

Golding was not the reason for the last drive in a bad way ...
our players whiffed on tackles time and again ... we hardly had their players tackled by single player .. unless 3-4 guys ganged up we could not bring their ballcarrier down

so frustrating

We continued to use packages with one defensive lineman. Multiple times. Absolutely retarded.

Branch made up for it on the last play in coverage but he completely whiffed on a tackle for a big run on that last drive

Golding has plenty of issues but the last drive was entirely player driven in terms of mistakes.

This kills me. That’s why we got gashed against UT.

Nailed it. It's so frustrating to watch. We had a chance to put the game away but looked like BoB or whoever just wasn't ready for the big stage.

It's happened all season.

We have two lousy coordinators. They both need to go. Arguing over which is worse is like arguing over which team is the worst in the FBS. Which ever one is worse usually depends on whether or not we have the ball at that moment.

If you think that one drive exonerates Golding and means he should remain in his position, you clearly don't do football very well. At all.
