Having Hump, AA, Tony, Fitz, Harrison an Hootie all back next year plus all the young guys is a sick secondary. Which we may need with a lot of turnover in the front 7.

We won't have the once in a generation run defense that we had in 2015 and 2016, but we'll still be pretty solid up front with some experienced guys and some new guys.

Hand, Payne and Hamilton are seasoned vets. Evans will have played quite a bit. Davis, Hall, Jennings and Frazier have all gotten quality PT this season.

He hasn't been bad at all, but his yards on targeted completions is pretty high.

In 2015, he allowed 17.4 yards a completion on himself, this year he has allowed 18 yards a completion on 26 completions.

In 6 out of 10 games, he's allowed a catch of 30 or longer.

Arkansas wasn't that bad for him. He gave up a touchdown that was virtually un-defendable, and then a long pass on their last drive of the game, in garbage time. It was the OM game that was his worst.

This would be outstanding for the 2017 team.

We'd return everyone in the secondary. Hump/Averett at CB, Fitz/Harrison at Safety, Hootie at Safety when Harrison goes to Money, Brown at Star.

We lose quite a bit up front, but return a LOT of experience in the secondary at every position.

This doesn't surprise me at all. He really needs more work if he wants to have a chance for the big bucks.

Haven't seen much out of Davis, but he's huge.

Hall looks like a future 1st rounder and should end up being like Jon Allen.

Jennings has played a lot this year and can set the edge. He needs to get more explosive.

Frazier has gotten blown up a few times this season but he's got really good size. He'll be solid depth behind Payne at worst.

We need to hit another home run and get a Jarren Reed type juco guy or an Ashawn Robinson type freshman DL.

Hoping Q.Williams can be a contributor next year too.

That would set up 2017 as probably our most experienced and talented secondary under CNS. The flip side is 2018 could be entirely made up of first time starters assuming Fitz, Harrison, and Hump (R-Jr) all go pro
