Philon seems like his head is somewhere else. My issue is that Nate is so reluctant to play Bethea. When Mallette is not hitting threes he offers us absolutely nothing. Bethea can play just as good defense as him and get a few baskets.

Texas has talent, they just haven't meshed well. Its basketball, literally anything can happen on any night. Michigan is the only team, EVER, to beat 3 top 10 teams by 30. They just lost to Wisconsin.
They have a significant higher effort level right now. On defense they are playing us perfectly, because they have that massive freshman in drop coverage.

I truly dont understand this. I realize he tends to take stupid shots. But he is inarguably a more talented player than Mallette. If we want to win a title, we need a guy like Bethea. He could be a flamethrower if would allow him to get through his growing pains.
