However, there was one question that drew a pause from the outside linebacker: “Who’s the best teammate you’ve seen at Alabama?”

“Out of my whole career?” Lewis questioned when asked by NBC Sports Network. “I’ll say, because there’s so many to choose from, right now, the person who always has an impression is probably the young cat, Jaylen Waddle.”

“He’s a dog,” Lewis said. "He got that dog mentality as a receiver, and he’s one of those guys where ‘If I get the ball, you never know what may happen. I might score.’ He’s a game-changer."

He needs to get the ball as much as possible in multiple ways this year. Use him as much as possible because he's only here for another year.

He's a faster David Palmer. I hope we get him a ring this year.

Yeah, it’d be nice if the coaches recognized what Terrell Lewis can recognize.

I mean it’s pretty fricking obvious.

We have him for one more year. The best player on our team. Let’s use him

yup, and we should be thankful for the three year rule, he'd be a top 10 pick this year.

I remember first being aware of him only when he was something of a "surprise" commitment on signing day, as I don't follow recruiting all that closely outside of the big names each cycle.

I remember watching his film that day and being kind of blown away, and figured that he'd be an impact player for us sooner rather than later.

But he has that "dog" mentality as Lewis puts it, and apparently has a really good work ethic, which is what makes a talented player a great player.

Extremely excited to watch him in 2020.
