Just got my invite to this. Baring any issues, I’ll be there. They are obviously incredibly strict about phones but they have never said anything to me about typing it out. I’ll do my best for play by play or summaries. Looking forward to it. Roll Tide.

Great to hear that. We know Defense will be loaded, but I'm more curious about our OL, WR and depth behind starters.

The difference between a NC and a NY6 type team is OL and injuries so I’ll go with that group.

Will be nice to get even the slightest bit of info. Can't remember an off-season where we got so little. Nuggets must be off the menu.

What do you guys think of the ON3 $1 for the year offer? On the face of it it’s a no brainer but is canceling the sub a pain? I have had such experiences before.

Every year we get less and less (not an attack on Boz or anyone else, we obviousky appreciate everything we can get). Seems like they really have adjusted to the new media world and are locking everything down.

I normally don’t keep up with what’s going on in the summer, might tune in from time to time. But usually that 1st game sets up the season for me. I will miss that first article of the season by Cecil and throughout the yr.

Been a lot of hush hush lately. I was actually surprised they sent any invites for the scrimmage. My guess is they will be even more strict about phones this year.

Not suprised given how things were in locker room last year. No distractions, no players tweeting stupid stuff, etc.

I'm trying it out now. So far, I like it as much if not more than BOL. It's super easy to cancel. Just go to settings, my account, you can click on cancel subscription.

Hey, I'll be there too, baw.
In my experience they don't care about general phone use, but you might get singled out if you stay on it long enough to try a play-by-play.
In the past I've just posted something afterwards about what/who seemed to stand out, or kept it to an opinion about something non-specific. (There will be reporters there anyway, so it's not super-secret, but they don't post a lot of detail.)

Yeah, I don't think we want specific details.. just more of a general opinons about who's standing out the most and who has long way to catch up.

That’s my plan. I’ve been to a bunch of them. This year feels a little more tight than usual. Either way it will be nice to see the boys running around.

I’ll be with the Assistant AD, I just keep notes and post later. But in this circumstance I’ll likely post as it goes. Have fun!
