I really think Oats would benefit Petty and Kira. They would be smart to come back and buy in. Worst case scenario is they could transfer after next season

If you want good, hard coaching, w/tournament wins experience, if your Kira or Petty why transfer? Your gonna finally get the development for the next level right where you are.

They made a play for Nate Oats as well. Not sure how far they got with Mike Rhoades, but might have found early he was more interested in potential opening at Virginia Tech.

Man, Wimp isn't looking so good. It's sad to see him as a frail old man instead of the fiery sidelines Tasmanian Devil I remember him being.

Watching these sweet sixteen games is already getting me excited about next year. We may, or may not be good, but I'm looking forward to seeing what Coach Oats brings to the table.

I hope the first basket we score in his tenure is on a beautifully designed inbounds play. This board would erupt like we just won a national championship.

Purdue up big on UT and Gonzaga handling FSU. Midwest coaches stay winning but Oregon (Mark Few, Ben Howland) can produce them from time to time.

I was watching some of the highlights of some Buffalo games and saw this when they beat Arizona. Check out Oats in the top left when they hit the 2nd-chance three.
