If we piece together the best things on offense and defense from different points during the year we could certainly win.

Here's what I can come up with. Neither Barn nor Georgia scares me on offense. BY is showing a willingness to run which could come in handy since we're clearly down to one rb the coaches trust. I've seen the defense play like they understand football (Ole Miss) so I know they can do it. Some things need to change. Simplify the defense. This isn't the NFL. Get the call in. Give everybody one assignment so they can play fast. Play the best players. Jobe looks off physically. Put JAD on the left and Koolaid on the right. Billingsley as TE1. I got Bama big over barn and a squeaker over Georgia.

Okay you fricking know football!
That is 90% of our defensive problems right there. An overly complex NFL schemed defense that leaves players scrambling POST snap to find their assignments, especially against teams in the no huddle/hurry up/2 min scheme.
It's not a lack of talent at LB or in the secondary, it's confusion about assignments as the ball is being snapped and often even afterward.
The other 10% is our DBs playing the man and not the ball. Our DBs almost always have great position but terrible mechanics once the ball is coming in.

Say what you want, but last night was easily BoB's best called game this season.
Bama was a Latu fumble and Bryce taking a bad sack from scoring on every possession other than the first - which ended on downs at the Arky 31. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Man, what a spoiled bunch we are. As clunky as it is at times, we are SEC wear champs and sitting at 10-1 with complete control of our own destiny. We have arguably the two best players in football on our team; and I’ll be honest with you guys…one huge positive in my mind is the idea of Anderson and Turner on opposing edges moving forward. That combo only gets better from here, and they will be an absolute problem. Especially with another year to put size on Dallas during the off season. That is going to be a hell of a pass rush.
