Ty Haywood is in the portal. lol
BOL saying keep an eye on him. Wouldn't be surprised if he signs with us.

I think it is important to think of WR in terms of the archetypical positions because this regime doesn’t just recruit 6-1 190lb guys like Saban regime loved.
Agree but based on their roster at UW they’d be more than happy to run deep routes to multiple 6’4 guys to which is why Horton is kind of a loss even if we have other talent at the position.
As you mention the good news with Horton and Bernard gone it at least gets Ryan Williams out of the slot which was a disaster and Ced Morgan was going to take snaps from someone at some point and given his size I’m thinking some of them would’ve been Horton’s.
I actually think Coleman would be a great fit due to his size but that’s a money thing so I get it if it doesn’t work out.
This is a loss, but it’s not a disaster IMO because I think Ced Morgan is an instant starter caliber guy in this offense.

I hope he has a great opening game

Looks like he only played in 3 games this year for Michigan. Any word on how he did? Is it possible he'd be ready to actually start at OT next year?

X/Split End: Meadows and Morgan
Z/Flanker: Williams and Scott
H/Slot: Brooks and ??? (Maybe the FCS offer)
We are now down to 5 WRs, but we have SEVEN TEs

Just realized that Josh Ford is a ginger with a mullet. Based on that alone. He maybe a top draft pick.

Haywood and Carroll at the tackles was the hope for this staff a year ago...would certainly be a coup to get that combo back.

This would make a ton of sense after losing him to UM in a tough recruiting battle.

They had a senior LT and a Sophomore RT, I think it was probably too early to tell what he was or wasn’t but I’ll check in with a guy I know who knows UM football.

They dropped a huge bag to have him ride the pine. I don't think they were confident in one of their underclassmen but he panned out in the offseason

Lloyd, Carroll, and Haywood on a line together would be awesome

Ross going to Tennessee was pretty annoying back in the day.
Going to be hilarious if we trade Russaw for Ross though
