Notre Dame has issues but A&M is worse. Because most likely the shitty Kellen Mond will show up. Other then 2014, it seems the team with the easier matchup has gone on to win the title in the end.

The most interesting thing will be the gymnastics to avoid a third Clemson vs. ND game and probably to a lesser extent a Bama vs. A&M rematch.

Beating Oklahoma was beginning to become the bellwether for losing the championship until last year.

I believe TAMU can beat Clemson. And, Mond is much better. What Jimbo has accomplished with him is a great piece of coaching. Plus I think TAMU is deeper than Clemson.

I think it comes down to Notre Dame and A&M. Obviously we are 1 and Clemson is 2 and I truly believe the networks/committee will put Ohio St in for sure. I personally believe A&M should get in but that would probably mean they are 4 so it would be a rematch with us so they will give it to N. Dame.

I think Sankey and the SEC missed an opportunity this week to make a quick schedule change and get aTm to play UGA.

If a&m gets then it will either be ND or OSU depending on who the committee puts in at 4th. I do not see them having two teams from the same conference playing in the Semis.

Personally, I'd prefer to see Bama vs ND in the semis...not a rematch of an earlier game, but I do think Texas A&M deserve it over ND. ND hangs their hat on the Clemson win, but honestly, without Lawrence playing that's not as big of a resume builder as it would otherwise be.
I don't really care about #4...as long as Clemson and Ohio St go at it in the semis. Where we get screwed is if they somehow slot OSU #4.

This will be settled by $$$$ and the best scenario for TV is #1 Alabama vs #4 Notre Dame and #2 Clemson vs #3 Ohio State. ND and OSU both looked very weak today and both should be cannon fodder for the semis setting up Bama vs Clemson IV.
