A'ight Saint, it kinda sounds like maybe you got infected in Korea, carried it home and infected not only your family and the guy down the hall, but ultimately the entire U.S.

I was in close contact with a guy on 3/4/20 whose wife tested positive this morning. He's awaiting his test results.

Might take the next two weeks off and quarantine myself in my favorite fishing hole. Can't be too careful

Spent half the day in the Gump working this morning. Only area that looked like it was halfway shut down or light on traffic was the downtown area.

Someone posted a chart on the OT and we are just about on pace with ITALY after 11 days of the virus (we are a lot bigger country though) . Trumps press conference today was very telling IMO. It may not be bad for the majority of people but not all people being adversely affected are little old 80 year grandmas either

Just went to go pay my power bill on my power company's website. There was a notice that said "disconnects due to non-payment are temporarily suspended until further notice because of the Coronavirus". I'm in South Carolina. The fact that I'm the only income source for my family and I'm a contractor with no vacation time or sick time, at least I dont have to stress losing power

Jefferson County Department of Public of Health has issued an order doing numerous things. Here are some of the big points:

- NO gatherings of more than 25 people in Jefferson County.
- Restaurants, bars and breweries CANNOT have onsite dining in Jefferson County. Only drive thru, curbside, or takeout service.
- All private schools in Jefferson County must close.
- All daycares or and preschools in Jefferson County must close.
- All senior citizens buildings in Jefferson County must close, but can serve food to seniors via curbside pickup.
- All nursing homes in Jefferson County may not have visitors, other than in end-of-life situations.

It is believed community spread has begun in Jefferson County.

I saw someone being up a very interesting question to James Spann: If we were to have a threat of severe weather (tornado risk), could community storm shelters open since they would certainly have more that 25 people in them?

I can't speak for anyone else but I am willing to take my chances against the virus as opposed to a tornado.

I think this virus has been here longer than what they are saying. I've read quite a few posts from people that work at hospitals or drs offices that say they have been dealing with people coming in with flu like symptoms since Christmas, but they test negative for the flu

Any hear Dr Bobo yesterday. He was interviewed yesterday. Bobo said we have 12,000 people die every year from the Flu and no one even raises an eyebrow. Next year we will probably have a vaccine for this virus and it will be like the flu shot-people wont even go get one. He said its a good thing to be cautious, and it spreads more rapidly than the flu, so a couple of weeks of caution wont hurt us, but he seemed a little skeptical of how this will turn out. He did feel that cutting off airline travel between countries was a good thing and shutting down visitors to nursing homes needed to be done.
