Anyone doubting Parker Brailsford needs to read this article written back in August. Dude is legit. LINK

I wouldn't be surprised if the order has already been given to our OL players to lose weight and in some cases a lot of weight.

He is listed as 6-2, 265lbs. Thats what I am and he looks way bigger than me.

Most places have him listed at 275.
I have him at 278 with a 31lb peen he clubs LBs and baby seals with.

I have him listed at 280 plus 30 pounds of heart, so there is that.

275 plus HE GOT THAT DAWG IN 'EM.
So, that's got to account for an extra 15 at least.

His coaches have marveled over Parkers strength, which involves him being able to bench press more than 100 pounds over his body weight.
"He's almost awkwardly strong for his size," Grubb said. "He's one of the more powerful guys in the room."

He would have gotten us the best one. Not to skinny, not to fat, just right.
And he would have been related to Caleb Downs. They would have been inseparable.

I don't think Grubb understands the credentials of many on this site as far as recognizing talent.
We had a RT that was counting his money, a LT that couldn't block my mother and a center that...what the hell.

Good get. Experience in the new offense. Will be able to be a leader up front. Needs to add some size before the fall. However, I assume he held up ok against Texas and Michigan in the playoff? I mean those two teams up front were as good as any SEC teams this year.

I think it's very smart to get the center- he can make the calls for the OL in this system.
You get the QB that already knows this system, and has repped it for a year
You get the WR that already has chemistry and reps, and knows the offense.
I think you plug these three in and put Justice, Jam, Law, Hale, Booker, Roberts, etc. around them and I think we have ourselves one of the best offenses in the SEC next year.
