Milroe's career is summed up perfectly by this game. Least likeable Bama player ever

Milroe didn't allow over 200 yards rushing in the 1st half.

Is the Alabama win the only thing keep venables off the hot seat?
Before Milroe shite his pants before the entire country in Norman, I had hoped venables might get a chance to wind up as our DC. Maybe it could still happen in a couple years.

Big-10 fans on Reddit are trying to flex over Oklahoma's lackluster performance today while ignoring the fact that we clapped Wisconsin's cheeks by a larger margin than Penn State and Oregon combined...

I suspect they will flexing again after our bowl game.

Defense didn’t give them a really short field after an int which lead to a quick TD. Then, a pick 6 on another play. So, that’s 14 points that the defense didn’t give up.

He did spot their offense 14 points though.

Not to completely defend Milroe on his awful performance. One of those picks were on the receivers for not blocking on a screen pass. Three receivers, one DB and the DB gets behind the receivers for the int.

We better bury ou next year.

They are about to lose this game. Smh

Yeah, and Milore should have seen it before he threw it too. He completely whiffed on the pick 6. To your point, the defense got gashed but did a good job keeping them out of the end zone. I would rather give up yards and not points.

Of all the games Milroe has shown his bedshitting capabilities, if there is one that is inexcusable top to bottom it’s his OU performance.
He tried to slide tackle a guy for fricks sake

He should have been yanked long before the OU game.

Completely agree, but it’s obvious at this point he thought he might lose the locker room, or at least the “leaders” of it.
I’m really excited for a mostly fresh slate next season. DeBoer doesn’t get a total pass for this season, but I’m not going to call for his head considering he seemed forced to stick with 4.

What if the team leaders don't agree with the coach?

Picks can be forgiven. Refusing to take tough yards to get first downs and extend drives was the real killer in that game

Perhaps that's an indication that the coach isn't cut out for the job(?)
No, I am not saying he isn't. Just that true LEADERSHIP means sometimes doing the thing that's unpopular, for the betterment of the organization he/she is in charge of. Leaders LEAD, they don't follow.

What the heck was he suppose to see? Be realistic. Prentice is right in front of the DB and doesn't even touch him as Milroe is throwing.
He literally ran the called play which his WR didn't bother to block after getting a catch then somehow he should have predicted Prentice wouldn't make the block and should have tucked it and got sacked?
They is stupid.
How about our OC shouldn't call such a dumb play when their DBs are basically cheating to the line of scrimmage?
