This is why expecting the politicians to do anything that'll actually help fix a broken system is a pipe dream. They'll all just fight over how to ensure the "solution" disproportionately benefits their/their voters favorite teams.

It would have to be done on a national political level, not a state level. If a single state tried to unilaterally fix the system, it would put their teams at a competitive disadvantage.

Wanted to pull for the Eagles because of the Bama guys...but that team/ownership is so left-wing woke that it's hard to.

Whatever...that makes no sense. "Soft" is what the Eagles did in 2018.

But if Philly wins, I'll be happy for the Bama guys.

Hiring Matt Patricia to coach players who can quit pretty much whenever they want without penalty is a bold move. He is pretty widely recognized as one of the biggest pieces of shite to ever coach in the NFL.

So DeBoer didn’t attend the game today. He flew commercial out to Phoenix to see his daughter play softball against Grand Canyon.

Kind of a ticky tacky thing to be miffed about but it’s one those little things that add up when you’re not winning games. You’d think the head coach of the football team would be in attendance for the biggest basketball game in Coleman history. Give out pizzas, meet with donors, host recruits. It’s not like Washington was playing in a conference final or anything and he just had to be there. They were playing a fake school.
