Saban is part of the problem if he knew Byrne was not prepared. Maybe so. But if anyone earned the right to frick up a few times...

Carlton I’m responding to Crimson Wraith not you…
That’s bullshite. He’s doing more right now than he ever had to do in retirement. Including waiting to announce after the players enrolled in class and saying he’ll be there for any coach that’s coming. I’m sure he’s also in on the pitch to come here.
The man owes us nothing. He’s owed us nothing for a long time but he keeps giving. Some of you guys are ungrateful POS’s.

Everyone always likes to talk about people bringing their lunch pails, and spoiled, entitled coaches. But Urban is a blue collar kind of guy. Some coaches won't pump their own gas, but he's not afraid to do an oil check.

Idk about all of that but it’s possible they at least have some morals on some things

Stupid to leave when after 4th and 31 he's one of the most identifiable players on the team returning.

I absolutely hate what the portal has done to the game. Pay your players a % of revenues, but stop this portal shite.

Where are you getting this info from? I mean I'll take him for damn sure. He's fricking explosive as frick, and is criminally underused.

I'll take the wait and see approach.

An Ole Miss bidding war would be even better, but I’m 99% sure Lane isn’t coming.

Lane would come in a heartbeat. Ole Miss is a tough job.

And he was the ONLY one willing to walk through the shite that was the Bama program at the time. He should be revered for his sacrifice.

Yeah, I feel bad for him and his family in retrospect. Like, the situation back then was so bad, and he did try. He can’t look at Alabama and have any fond memories because how it ended was tarnished. Also totally random but he has a daughter that is at Tennessee now. lol I bet they burned everything crimson years ago, though.

It's definitely the kind of hire that way constantly make fun of Auburn for doing. It's the barniest shite we could possibly do.

I thought the same thing. Dumb to leave after 4 and 31. I’d assume NIL would be sweet just for that and the signed pictures, etc. Could have gone down as a great.

Having morals is also about not judging others when everyone screws up. No ones perfect. I bet nobody here would be ok with a recording of their entire life being made available for all to see.

BS. He was a lazy recruiter and was stubborn as all hell when it came to adapting the offense. He was a good placeholder but that’s it. He also stood by and let his dad trash Saban & our university. He was compensated well for his time here when he was destined to be a lifelong NFL assistant coach.

You know Chicken is loving this amount of traffic. Don't forget to use a "legitimate" ad blocker, y'all.
