I meant as a starter. Coming out of Sark's system and having been offered earlier, just curious if Saban would be interested since he's got starter experience.

I'd love to bring in a veteran guy who can compete for the job but would also be ok if they lost out being a backup (especially if the loser of the race transfers, specifically Milroe).
Those are just really hard to find, though maybe actually easier once the musical chairs stops and guys look up and realize maybe our offer is actually pretty good compared to the risk of sitting around and ending up taking the starting QB job at North Texas.

Your feeling on replacing BoB with AJ Milwee and bringing Card with him to start?

Transfer portal isn't limited to scholarship players but walk-on players.
I just want us to grab few OL players, 1 RB, 1WR, 2 DT 2 LB and 1 SAFETY.

He's got to be better than BoB, right? The only thing that scares me about Milwee is wondering how much he's actually calling plays, or is Sark handling them? It would be good to get someone with a proven track record as OC.

Sark told Saban too keep Milwee but no what does he do try too go get somebody who is proven and that BACKFIRED HORRIBLY.
Every quarterback AJ Milwee has coached here at Alabama got BETTER. Milroe & TY both could use a guy like Milwee teaching them.
