Well I’m not trying to make excuses for the guy but he’s been a head coach in college all of 4 years. He’s going to occasionally make mistakes like not informing his team before he left.

Same here. shite happens. It may not be a great look, but I'm not going to cast any judgement on the guy when we just have info from Buffalo people
ETA: This is also his first time leaving a college job. Not everyone gets it right the first go around.
