Miss. State can beat us. Running QB, emotional slug for the team, etc

It is set up nicely.
Road game, those cowbells.
Emotional performance against LSU, come out sluggish against State.
They've got a guy at QB who can make plays with his feet. Look at the QBs who have beat us under Saban recently. All had the threat of a run.
Mullen will be playing for his job. Beat Bama? They'd give him another year just because of that.
State's defense isn't good, but it isn't bad. Perfect to take advantage of our OL who could revert to the early weeks after an emotional win.
I hope, and predict, that Bama will win HUGE. However, don't be surprised if State plays us tougher than they should.

Nope. It will be ugly.

They would be capable of beating us if we got cocky and played terrible.
With Saban, I don't see that happening

Same, we haven't lost on the road in three years now. I'm just saying, if it happens, we shouldn't be surprised. Best to get a sluggish game out of the way now than the IB or in Atlanta.

True, in the 7 games Bama has lost since 2008 the other team has had a running QB. However, none of those QBs have beaten Bama by running the football. They have beaten Bama by making outstanding passes. And MSU OB isn't much of a passer, nor is Auburns. Georgia is the one SEC team that could be Bama.

Can't.
Saban has ruined me.

Would be eerily similar to last year.
The one thing I trust is McCarron's ability to set the tone for the team. He's the leader out there and it shows. No matter what the other team does, he wills his team to focus on the task at hand, and Alabama begins the inevitable march to the end zone.

Guys, ya gotta be open to the idea. We're not unbeatable, and it is the perfect situation for the Grinders to pull the upset. Not predicting it, but wouldn't surprise me.

CJ is to the defense what AJ is to the offense. Once again, there is no chance MSU beats this team, no chance. Rest easy.
