He may very well be a combine warrior.
He won't pass the muster in the interviews and white board sessions.
The thing that will work against Milroe is NFL teams having so much game film on him. Lack of progression pre and post snap over three (maybe four) years will show up in the team meetings. Richardson had really one full year of game film. Allowed a lot of "he's just raw" narrative to be concocted.
