Alabama reserve QB Mac Jones arrested for DUI

Alabama third-string quarterback Mac Jones was arrested Friday morning and charged with driving under the influence, according to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
Alabama QB Mac Jones was arrested Friday morning.
The freshman was also charged with improper ID by a minor.
Bond was set at $1,000 for the DUI and $300 for the second charge.
Jones, who hasn't seen any playing time this season, has been suspended for Alabama's game against LSU on Saturday.

The Tuscaloosa News said he was involved in a crash at the intersection of 10th Avenue and Bryant Drive (next to Tutwiler and the Stadium). Probably driving back to the football dorms after a night at Harry's bar...

I am kind of shocked that Harry's has never been shut down for letting underage kids drink. Good times have been had there though.

Great freshman year memories at that place for sure. They did change the age requirement from 19 to 21 a few years back to try and cut down on that, but fake ID's are plentiful these days.

Wow. Tagovailoa is the only dependable quarterback we have. Of the other two, one can't pass a football and one can't pass a bar.

He's from jacksonville, so wlocp'ing is the perfect drunken weekend trip home... allegedly. Didn't expect him to ever play, but i bet bolles at least taught him how to place hold.
