Ohhhhh. That's a really good fit. Mizzou's run game is really where I imagine we want to be. However, I think DeBoer/Grubb/Sheridan actually have a better drop back passing game than Drinkwitz.

Drinkwitz is absolutely stuck in a ditch if you can contain the run well enough that they can't work the bootleg game off the outside zone look.

People seem to think he's just trolling/engagement farming:

Oh yeah, feel like I've seen that account trying to farm engagement on BS before too.

Agree. Dude is small. Unless that’s John Hannah standing there… I would not want to be the QB

Is it the 6’2 that is too small or the 300 pounds?

Or look at what he is listed on the UM website. Likely put on some weight.

Bairlsford is listed as 6.2 290. So, we might be okay.

Comparing him to one of our recent centers who was an all American and great center Landon Dickerson

Landon Dickerson’s height and weight:
Height: 6 ft 6 in (6'6")
Weight: ~332 lb

I like this size when we’re playing defensive lineman that average 330 plus

Yes, I too, would like Landon Dickerson to be our center again. He was an anomaly.

I hope CKD doesn’t have that same ferocious loyalty like Mike Shula did because I can pretty guarantee you this will get him fired eventually.

Hes VERY loyal. That doesnt mean there is no scenario he wont make a change. It’s just less likely than other coaches would be to make changes.

Making the same mistake Shula made...

I think Shula had a hard time getting great assistants. He was mostly a place holder coach.

I try to remember him as a good QB for Bama.

It’s never going to produce a traditional SEC rushing attack.

It's never gonna be great in the SEC or against big 10.
