Nick in on the damn head set listening to the play calls. If Nick didn't like what was called he has veto power. I would also think a game plan was submitted and worked on. I think this is more personality wise than play calling. Good thing is we will see soon.

I think it's a great move. Obviously LK didn't seem to be focused and prepared like he was during the regular season.
I'm sure his mind is on his new gig and can't really fault him there.
Glad CNS did what was for the team as well as what was right for LK.
Sark will be hungry and will be extremely focused to prove that he can come up with a game plan to attack Clemson weakness.
Also, Clemson now has to prepare for Sark instead of LK and the CU staff will be working OT for game prep.

The Seattle Seahawks (UW defense according to Lane) made his arse quit.

Grumblings but nothing solid. I didn't report it due to that fact. And honestly I thought they would keep it a little more in house not have a press conference.

I agree but late in the game, Saban was giving Lane a lot of hell for individual playcalls.

Ha. I have supported Kiffin, and think he's done a good job, but I also think this is probably good. St. Nick thinks so, anyway, so that's all that matters.

Here is what I think.

1.) Lane hasn't been fully committed
2.) Sark has been on board all year long and knows everything.
3.) The timing is perfect. What the hell does Clemson study now? What do they expect? Do they expect the same offense? This adds a lot more wrinkles. IMO.

But, but, Huddie Ledbetter said Lane Kiffin was the only reason Bama was any good ?

That's bullshite. I tell you what, you find that post of me saying that, and I'll quit this board. If, though, you don't find it, unaltered, then you quit this board.

Let's do this.

The playcalling and execution of the gameplan on offense Saturday was so bad.........so so so so bad.

The flow of the game on offense was a trainwreck. We are lucky we had 1 drive in which we just ran the ball 9 straight plays and another in which our 5-star Hercules made a ball play, or else we might not have survived.

Someone on BOL posted some inside info, but deleted it before I could see it. Anyone saw it before it was deleted?

I don't know about that, but there is this free article from 247,which doesn't say much more than is already in this thread.

If you mods don't want this link, then let me know or just delete.

This is what makes the move pure genius.

We just won the national championship.

It was pure garbage and people don't want to admit it. Everyone's hiding behind the "We are saving stuff for the NC game" line to make themselves feel better.

BYE

If not for Kiffin working around the fact that Hurts can't pass, we wouldn't even have been in this game.

Well, bye then.

Dude you started a thread all about how great lane is, and how we wouldn't be here without him. Its on the front page of the board right now.

We're less than a week away. I think they have all the game film they need. How much can be installed in a week? I think that's a recipe for disaster.

If he does one thing, it'll be an improvement: if they can't stop a play you're running, keep running it.
