Forcing your OC out after WINNING a playoff game...things that only happen at Bama.

I like it. My point after the Washington game was that at this point it was pointless to criticize Kiffin, because it's Saban's team, so Saban should be the target of the bitching if it continues. So Saban just took action to fix it. Good for him.

By the way, I am 100000% confident that Sark is prepared for this.

Anything that keeps him off the sauce is fine, even if it's eating his boogers.

All the gameday crew trying to say that this is going to be bad for Bama next week and Lee Corso (of all people) setting them straight with a "Is Saban still there? Then it won't matter."

Seriously, it can't be any worse than the schitzo play calling he put together for both Florida and Washington.

I love Lane and love what he did, but those last 2 games were fvckin fireable offenses. Even if Sark tenses up and is boring and predictable, that's better than the horseshite Lane put together for Florida and Washington.

And, again, I have loved Lane from day 1.

so do you think he was not 100% into the game planning etc. Also do you think his negative comments at pressers were part of it

I think Lane's head is in Boca currently. Which is fine, he's obviously excited about his new job, but he has not been preparing correctly.

Kirby had issues making it work last year too. It's gotta be tough to do.

I know McElwain did it as well, but we were playing LSU in his last game. He'd coached against them 3 times already. Plus it was only one game, not two.

Love this for all parties involved. Great for us, wonder if Sark will playcall from the booth or sidelines. Thoughts?

I will say, we were at the game and stayed after for a bit.

Lane Kiffin was away from the celebration all the way down on the opposite 10 yard line surrounded by about 12 reporters.

I pointed it out to my husband that I thought that was weird that he was chuckling it up with reporters and not with the team celebrating during the trophy presentation.

The whole Hurts/new voice thing is really frickin concerning.

But, again, I don't know how the hell it can be worse than Saturday was.

I think his excuse was not acceptable. This is the playoff you don't do the bare minimum because you "know" it's just enough.

Sark has been with Hurts all year. It's fine.

He is allowed to speak with him at practice and review film with him.
