How long have each Coach been at their schools? Can we give Deboer the same amount of time and compare then?

If you can't look at this scenario and see the differences, then Idk what to tell you.

This isn't Bama 07, Deboer came into the situation with a highly ranked class already here. While I don't think anyone really expected a NC we did expect to beat Vandy and OK.

Deboer does not deserve a long leash. This is the best talent he will ever have and he lost by 3 TDs as a 2 TD favorite to a team that was 1-5 in the SEC.

CFB is just insane right now. Folks can embrace it...or go find something else to do on Saturdays. There is NO coach that can be hired that will replicate Saban. 50 year old Saban wouldnt even be able to do it

You’re very probably right. But what I expect is a team to take the field looking like they prepared for the game by doing more than playing Xbox. I expect coaches to realize very quickly that their game plan is shite and adapt and adjust on the fly, not to keep running Milroe into a stone wall a dozen times. Then again, I also expect them to realize Miroe can’t run the offense and make decisions, he makes predetermined choices. Either take the decision out of his hands or sit him down, he’s a net liability otherwise. I also expect Milroe to get on the damn iPad and see what’s going on and how to adjust, not watch the game like he bought a ticket on the bench. Do you ever see him getting with the rest of the offense, trying to rally the troops, discussing strategy, chewing arse? Some leader! He shows by his actions he doesn’t care about the team, just about #4.

Here’s what I don’t understand: you can tell after just a couple of series if you’re getting dialed in Milroe that is a deadly weapon or bad Milroe that is a disaster waiting to happen. If I’m DeBoer, I would have that figured out by now and would have a quick hook and bench him after a few failed drives. He never settles down and starts dealing; what you see is what you get for 60 minutes. Bench him. Right now he thinks he’s untouchable.

Honest question here. With the product being put on display this season and the new landscape of NIL recruiting, transfer portal etc... Do you believe DeBoer will be working with more talent than he is now going forward?

Good point about Milroe. You know what you’re going to get within 6-8 plays. If he’s off, he’s going to bad all game. If he’s good he’s going to stay good.

We played 3 down lineman on a 3rd and 1. We've play the same defense on the goal line. Everyone could see what their game plan was...they have a qb who can barely throw yet we're playing 3 dlineman and defending the pass.

There are a whole lot of issues with this team but coaching is one of the main ones.

OU offense only scored 17 points. 10 if you dont count giving them the ball inside the 15 yard line. Bama's own QB scored them more points than their offense scored. The D could have played better, sure but Bama only scored 3(10) points. I just saw a massive failure of execution by the offense last night where the coaches set the players up for success and the players didnt take advantage.

It’s not always about the talent. It’s about the cohesiveness of the team. And this team is far from being cohesive.

This is just pure emotion talking. What about Kirby smart, were the Georgia players playing Xbox before they got pantsed by Bama and Ole Miss? Hes the most accomplished CFB coach in the game with continuity in his coaching staff and his team has come out for multiple games this season where they looked lost. He probably loses to UF if their QB doesnt get hurt.

Can we put away our pitchforks and bricks until at least the coach has a chance to get roster full of his own players?

If fans like you had actual say in the program, Bama would be Auburn in 5 years.

Because OUs offense is abysmal. They had 68 yards passing. They can only run with a few passes mixed in. They didn't punt until the 3rd qtr.

There are a lot of issues with this team. Its the coaches responsibility to fix the issues. They take the credit, they get the blame.

The game plan on both sides, the lack of adjustments....really was horrible.

Honest question here. Did DeBoer need a top 10 recruiting class to take UW to the national championship game?

I get it guy. DeBoer is completely void of any responsibility whatsoever as to what transpires this season. If you could just let me know when he's ready to tag in and I'll raise my now tempered expectations.
