To be fair, he was probably going to transfer to Maryland to play for Locksley. Saban is the one who convinced him to go to Oklahoma because he wanted what was best for Jalen.
I think its a different situation to Jamo who had 2 years of eligibility when he transferred to Bama.

Very, very different situation. Jamo is ours, just like Burrow is LSU's.

I mean, who really cares? He seems to lean more Alabama abs is an Alabama graduate, but I hope he wins because I love him for what he did at Alabama. I couldn’t possibly care less or waste my time worried about which college “gets to claim him.”

It's nice to have 2 schools BOTH wanting you.
I had something similar happen a while back.....both the City and the County wanted me.
