His seat isn’t getting hot till that buyout is much less. Can’t expect to pay a good coach scraps. Also, I don’t know of any better coaches available.

He had a mulligan against Oklahoma and it was wasted.
This is realy a defining moment upcoming.

Auburn, record wise, is abysmal. However, they've been close in almost every game.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them struggle against Mercer next week, only to play well against us the next week.

Deboer has to view them not as a hapless 1 conference win team, but a formidable opponent, for which they are.

Auburn is like a dangerous snake that is cornered.....DeBoer better be careful or he will get bit

This is exactly what will happen. They will be preparing for us for 3 straight weeks and them playing poorly against Mercer only helps our team not be ready for them.

It to downplay the importance of the game, but the man has already coached a National Championship game.

There are only three active coaches with a national title and one of them is in the midst of another terrible season. There aren’t any slam dunks out there.

All that said, he needs to win this game.

I’m the same way. There are a couple of posters who down vote me regardless of what I say. I could post “Merry Christmas” and I’d be downvoted. LOL

The amount this is going to be downvoted is going to be ridiculous.

I’m not losing sleep over down votes. I just find it almost comical.

I think everyone needs to take a moment and realize Saban level success can’t just be duplicated immediately, or easily, if it could then Saban wasn’t that special. And we all know he was. There has to be a drop off for multiple seasons. If we lose to the Barn it’s just part of the transition pain we are going to have to endure as a fan base.
